Initial Consultation
An Initial Consultation includes a preliminary inspection of both inside and outside your home (or wherever specifically requested). After the inspection, we recommend a service plan that is ideal for your specific property needs. We will discuss with you your preferred method for appointment reminders and any questions you have about your plan.
Initial Service
At the conclusion of the property inspection, we will create a customized service plan for your home. This includes removing any obvious pests on your property and preparing your property for emerging pest populations. Both the interior and the exterior of your home will be serviced per any issues found during the inspection.
Seasonal Service
After the initial consultation and service, a technician will be scheduled to come to your home quarterly for regular maintenance and treatment. Because of seasonal changes, we proactively adjust our treatments to ensure you are protected. During these services, we complete everything done on the initial service and any adjustments to seasonality. Below are the typical services we provide during each of the main 4 seasons.
Pest Protect
Our Pest Protect plan includes the basic treatment of general pests on the interior and exterior of your home. Exteriorly, we start at the foundation of the home and provide a protective barrier 30 feet wide. A Pest Protect treatment includes the treatment of flowerbeds, walkways, fence lines and removing spiderwebs off of any eaves. Interiorly, organic* products are used for safety.
Pest Protect PLUS
Our Pest Protect PLUS Plan is our most popular plan as it protects you from all general AND large pests. It includes all general pests from the Pest Protect Plan as well as bait boxes for rodents (such as rats, mice and voles) in addition to an in-depth clean-out of other harmful pests (such as ticks, fleas and German roaches). Peace of mind comes best from the Pest Protect PLUS Plan because it provides the ultimate protection for your property and loved ones.
Garden Protect
The Garden Protect Plan is a safeguard plan for your trees and bushes (from your home's foundation extended 15 feet). In addition ,with this plan, you will receive protection for small orchards and garden areas regardless of where on your property they are located. The Garden Protect Plan ensures that your plants, trees and ornamentals thrive and grow beautifully year-round. The Garden Protect Plan will keep your plants free of harmful plant pests.
Pest Protect PREMIUM
The ultimate plan at the best price. Pest Protect Premium is the full-service plan that includes all Pest Protect, Garden Protect, and Pest Protect Plus services all wrapped into one.
