Initial Inspection + Service

Our first visit includes a full inspection of the outside of your property and the inside of your home (if needed) to identify signs of pest activity, entry points, nests, or breeding sites. 


Following the inspection, during the same appointment, we will perform your initial service, applying treatments based on issues and ensuring coverage of targeted areas.


Finally, we will provide you with clear instructions on what to expect post-treatment and schedule and follow-up visits if necessary.

Seasonal Service

After the initial consultation and service, a technician will be scheduled to come to your home quarterly for regular maintenance and treatment. Because of seasonal changes, we proactively adjust our treatments to ensure you are protected. During these services, we complete everything done on the initial service and any adjustments to seasonality. Below are the typical services we provide during each of the main 4 seasons.

  • Spring

    The springtime service includes controlling any emerging pest populations. Pests that have overwintered will be addressed. During this service, focus will be on any new or shifted points of access and removing debris near your main property. 

  • Summer

    The summertime service includes controling any existing and potentially new pests issues, with special focus to stinging insects. Also included is removal of any webs, wasp nests, etc. and if necessary, implementing bait traps. 

  • Fall

    The fall treatment includes adding intersection zone barriers for pests that will overwinterize and identifying potential entry points for rodents.  

  • Winter

    The winter treatment includes preparing access areas with pre-emergent as protective barrier. Also included is an inspection and treatment of the crawlspace as needed.

The Garden Protect Plan is a safeguard plan for your trees and bushes (from your home's foundation extended 15 feet). In addition, with this plan, you will receive protection for small orchards and garden areas regardless of where on your property they are located.


The Garden Protect Plan ensures that your plants, trees and ornamentals thrive and grow beautifully year-round. The Garden Protect Plan will keep your plants free of harmful plant pests.
